Only the default (TGN Light) theme for now. Dark them is also coming back soon. Then CSN. Then Wrestlin' Nation. A lot of WIP stuff right now. There are a couple of things still not working either. Sorry.
Wow you again! You definitely have too much time on your hands to read these nonsensical rants every day.
Wow, you again too! And on the previous thread you pretty much said you didn't read the OP than so you obviously did not read this one either so how would you know it was a rant?

I love how the little 11 year olds who frequent this forum think they are some hot **** because they can dodge the swear filter. By the way, calling someone a "f@g" and a "deuche (correct spelling is douche)" and than calling them a flamer does not make you appear intelligent AT ALL.
Why is it that people come here complaining about complaints, flaming people for flaming and rants about ranters. If your really this thirsty to get some attention why don't you go post another thread like this? Geez...
I think that you can tell when you are a good player. I realized that some people remember me and always invite me into thier squads, that tells me all I need to know. Im pretty sure the reason is that I know how to do what will help them score more points and have a better game. Alot of the time I find myself doing the spot and shoot thing or trying to provide cover fire. Both help a lot but will get you very few points.
How do you put that in words? The good player does what is needed and helps me score more points. I wonder which stat covers that? I dont know? I would have to say though that that is what makes a good player. . . . . . .Red
i will give 5 bucks to the first person that reads that fully. PS you need help, its just a game yet you make a 400 page essay on the fact its just a game
Some people naturally come up with stuff like that really quick. Perhaps it took him less time to type it than for some of you to read it. I don't see it necessary to flame him and assume things about his personal life based on a long post.
On topic though... I don't rely on stats completely to define skill, but I do notice that generally (not all the time by any means) the higher ranks on a server have the most points, and most of the time the squads I join lead by higher ranking players are the most well-led. So just based on this I think stats must say something.
I do think team wins /losses should be alot more significant in the stat system. I think a team loss should give all losing players a global score penalty either keeping their score the same or even making them lose points. Either that, or give a bonus for team wins. Maybe that would make people more likely to help their team?
Some people aren't that great of players but are good at other things like leading a squad. In my noobish time playing I've played in several squads and some are led by someone racking up kills left and right but don't lead their squad to much in the way of captures or helping out the team. But then there are some who suck as much as I do at killing but are excellent at strategy and leading the squad.
Perhaps it took him less time to type it than for some of you to read it.
This is an online game forum. A community that happens to be mostly composed of attention deficit kids. Based on a murder simulation - with no blood effects.
Now don't be surprised when people lack attention span...
lol well I wouldn't say I have that great of an attention span myself. I can't even sit through bf2 verifying client data without picking up my guitar or throwing my cat around. But I guess I'm just a fast reader and don't mind these long threads as long as they are something at least a little bit worth discussing.

Ever since the BF2S vs TBF2 game started (I didnt know what BF2S even was prior to that), Ive been reading a lot about what BF2S thinks of TBF2, and even though Im not attached to this place emotionally in any way, it makes me laugh when you guys throw around the age insults. And heres why- out of all who registered on this site, out of all BF2S players, only 1-2 were above 16 years old. And it actually showed when the games were over.
So while youre trying to be witty with the "ure 11 LOLZ!" insults, youre really just being one big failure at comedy.

I find this ironic as all you do here is flame and troll.
When I read the title of this thread I couldnt tell if it was about how to tell if someone is good or how to tell if you are good. I decided to go with the how to tell when you are good one. Notice I said good not great or leet.
I really dont know if someone has an attention problem or even really want to know. I just care about how well they conduct themselves in the game and find it a challenge to help increase thier preformance, while Im in the game with them.
I often read posts about how there arent enough good team players in BF2. Which brings up a question. Have you ever tried to make more, team players? Have you given them a good example to follow? When most players in this game see you doing something that works they will try to learn to do the same thing. Try to be a good example. Good team players dont happen by accident they are made and led in that direction. You dont have to be the squad leader but helping the squad stay alive will go a long way in this direction. You can revive, resupply or cover the whole squad and that is just the begining.
I know that some people wont read the longer posts but if you do you will soon learn who has some useful tips to share and who is full of bull. I always try and put some useful info in the posts I make. Read one and see for yourself. . . . . . . . . .Red
Playing with teamwork must come from the need to play that way, not a choice that would potentially hinder your perfomance. Me, the only way I started playing in a squad, using teamwork- was when I met some great people who played regularly, we had it all- fun and results.
Otherwise, as the game has gone past the point where everyone is new and playing for the fun of it, I can see myself playing only in a way that it would make my own game fun. Which are jets. Up there Im good enough and I dont have to rely on anyone.
