A great map and I see way more teamwork than in most others. Definitely on my favorites list. What does everyone else think of Tampa?

Re: Loving Tampa!!!!
Great map more room to play and get out of the way. Like Euro Force skyline shame that this game is underestimated as I like it. One problem is I get sent back to desk top when entering a vehicles after playing as infantry solider.Comment

Re: Loving Tampa!!!!
Well I think if you get a better system or a better connection:salute: ....you"ll be loving it like we do.... the most of the personnel I have spoken with have very little negative things to say about this map and in general it seems to be optimised ok...... as for the map I would agree with the original poster ...I love it too... I like the fact that air power is a little under powered so to say and pilotes are a little frustrated by the o visability.. I think that makes the map pretty even on all sides and more enjoyable....:nod:Comment

Re: Loving Tampa!!!!
If your having troubles finding the airfield you might want to create a squad and tag the airfield with the defense order. You can follow your marker like the yellow brick road.Originally posted by cc//Ollie90And yes I agree flying is not easy because I can never find the airfield
It's easier to be a MEC pilot on that map becasue the airfield runway is bigger. If you do end up allies look for the Hangar and the antenna tower to guide you in."We're all very different people. We're not Watusi. We're not Spartans. We're Americans, with a capital 'A', huh? You know what that means? Do ya? That means that our forefathers were kicked out of every decent country in the world. We are the wretched refuse. We're the underdog. We're mutts! Here's proof: his nose is cold! But there's no animal that's more faithful, that's more loyal, more loveable than the mutt." -John Winger (Bill Murray) StripesComment

Loves the map as well, but I wish the Humvees would be equipped with a TOW instead of of the 50. cal. Hit-n-run would be sooo much fun, especially if you have a good, teamworking squad.
Speaking of which, what happened to the TOW hummer anyway? I was disappointed that it didn't show up much in SF.Comment

Re: Loving Tampa!!!!
it's not a bad map. it seems a little too open for me, but that is my personal preference. i've never been a fan of the wide open maps. the tank play is very good though and allows you to have some nice multi-tank battles.Comment
