i dont think it can be done intentionally, sometimes cos of a glitch or something one is dropped when u intend to drop 2, but u cant choose to just drop 1

when going back to carrier/runway only reload one bomb, then drop it, each time you bomb you will only drop one bomb now

it should still work, so long as you drop the one bomb you are carrying before reloading, iv'e never had a prob with it, i find it harder to get out of one bomb mode than it is to get in.

Drop the bomb, and press F right after, and it will switch to missile before it has a chance to drop the second one.

To go to single bomb mode:

-Drop both bombs and when you rearm only fly in halfway of the airfield that it only rearms you with one bomb.

-Then drop that single bomb and rearm but this time try to get 2 bombs.

-Now when you try doing a bomb drop , you only drop one at a time.




To get out of single bomb mode:

-Rearm both bombs

-Drop one bomb only and rearm to get the second bomb

-Now when you do bombing runs it drops both

my ways faster and more dependable:

When you want to drop One, press your alt fire key and switch to missile HUD quickly, after you hear the bomb release.
When you want to drop Two, just hit your alt fire key multiple times.

the one I said though you only have to do it once and it gets to be permanent until you either die or try to get it back to double bomb mode
