Man, I hope the problem is truly fixed. And it looks like we're going to get our stats from the outage, yay!

I'm still a little pessimistic however, as I haven't seen a single point since the 14th.

its good they have acknowledged there is a problem,but i find there answer's and solutions a bit disturbing/lame to say the least.

i especially like the part "make sure you're playing on a ranked server lol

well most would notice missing unlocks and there rank badge if it was not ranked but we are to stupid to see that.

Dude I've done tech support and I KNOW these guys sound lame but they are covering all their bases and troubleshooting properly. Start witht he basic stuff and narrow it down to the true cause.... Remember the story about the guy who called tech supprt because he couldn't see anything on his screen????? The tech began asking his routine questions and this went on for awhile and then finally he asked the guy, "is there power going to your house?" The guy responded by saying "No, the power went out this afternoon."

This is why you get lines like "make sure you're playing on a ranked server."
To make sure it's not just the total retards crying about it.

Well I am glad the points are back. Now everyone can say they survived the BF2 dark ages, no points. I checked my account and some points I scored yesterday are there, but I dont see any, yet, that I scored while they were down.

The way I see it points are points, if I loose a few Ill just make more. No biggie. I guess that during the outage we all learned who the ones are that have to have thier points and medals. I know I was suprised to find that most players are like me. I think that the points and medals are a nice extra but Im really here for the game. Just for the fun of it. . . . . . . . . . .Red

My stats STILL have not updated. Oh well, at least the stat padders aren't around as much!

I actually got my points.. I don't care too much about my point, im just happy the system finally registered my SF expansion and now I can unlock SF weapons in vanilla =)

I've noticed some servers arnt updating but most of the ones I've played are.
