lol, not jumping to conclusions or anything
on IO it isn't that hard to get a good K/D ratio. back in the day when it was relatively new, i used to get the odd few rounds that i myself was amazed at. still, even today i get days where i play really well, and others not so.

Yeah I have seen a few "good rounds" and not really thought anything about it... this one just seemed odd because they did it for 5 rounds in a row. Never seen the person before, never seen the tag before... is was VDOP... just made me think the person was running some kind of hack is all... pulling off amazing shots... also had a VDOP buddy who was only 3-5 kills behind him in the count.

Well not to toot my own horn or anything, but over the weekend I had 8 consecutive great rounds on Ghost Town IO. Went about 45 to 5 in several of those rounds and maintained almost a 5:1 over the entire time I was playing. 1200 pts in 3 hrs. Mostly played support and occasionally medic when I was SL.

Everything just clicked! Ping, no PC lag, aim was dead on, decent team, a commander that wasn't sleeping, and a few medics keeping me going. Tactics that I applied just worked and I would just constantly flank the enemy, picking off straglers. It wasn't even a weak enemy either and the rounds were close.

Hacker cries from several people saying "that's impossible to do that good round after round! Hacker!" "PKM's aren't that accurate!" "You're on the PB master Ban list" etc. etc. etc. Same old hacker crap we all get sometimes. Just a good round that anyone can have once and a while.

I think some people are too quick to judge. I know that when I see a sniper with an SVD going 45 to 5, I'm always thinking hacker in my mind. But there has to be more factors besides great K/D (like constant headshots) to be certain.

So last night a person for 5 consecutive rounds scores 30+ kills (low was 33) with no more than 3 deaths and was 1st overall each round... lucky, really good, or something else?? This was on a Karkand IO server so they were not tank/chopper/J-10 whoring...

They're only 'too good' when they never make mistakes.

Even the best of the best make mistakes sometimes, and you can exploit them. I can still get my licks in on a superior player, because he still is human, and I'll find a way.

When I can never hide from a foe, never fool a foe, never double-back and double-double-double-triple-axle-stand-on-my-head-sell-lemonade-backflip and still can't fool a guy, he's always looking at me no matter what direction I come from, he's always ready, prefires around corners (like he does it every time), etc., then I start getting suspicious.

I'll watch the player and if it looks like he's full of ****, I'll say so. I'm sure I've been wrong a few times, but then the same guys were caught later on the same server or another for cheating and I was like "dammit! I knew it!"

Great KDRs are not hard to get on IO. With vehicles and groundpounding, its not esay.

When you get in a squad thats full of medics and use VOIP, or even better, TS with your clan members, getting a 5-1 KDR isnt hard at all. Heck if your all medics with half decent skill and stick together, you shouldnt die much at all.

When you get in a squad thats full of medics and use VOIP, or even better, TS with your clan members, getting a 5-1 KDR isnt hard at all. Heck if your all medics with half decent skill and stick together, you shouldnt die much at all.

LOL FU rock we are ranked 54th and 55th in canada, funny the odds of 15000 bf2 accounts in canada over 100Gp we are back to back, haven't played my main very much in some time, was upwards of 25th but created a new acct. happy climbing

Oooh...vdop...the one dude is pretty decent in air. We had a good dogfight last week...my F-35 > his MiG though.

chopper or bomber, lets see some footage, i need some fresh vids to watch, love bombing in the Su34, can do some wicked guided shots but can never find a decent pilot that stays in the air longer than a few minutes these days.

Metallica was my wingman versus a very, skilled, MIG pilot. When I say skilled, which is not very often, I mean someone that I have trouble killing. Who knows how many times I saved Metallica's arse. lol

It's all about teamwork. If you're in a squad with a lot of medics and you get revived a lot you just don't die that much.
