Low bandwidth usage

I was playing bf2 and was monitoring the bandwidth it was using. it never got any higher than 10KB/s I am pretty sure I recall BF2 using more like 34 ish KB/s.

Just to make sue my connection wasn't screwed, I downloaded some small ( 10 meg) file and it down loaded @ 500 KB/s

I got my flatmate to jump in a server and he also was downloading slowly from the server also <10. I take this to mean that my ISP has not throttled the BF2 specific ports.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

what problem are you actually having? sounds like your bf2 is working properly ??

sounds like u have a pretty fast internet (500kb/s ! ) but it could prob be maybe hardware issue like not having a good enuff computer can cause stuttering and maybe the location of the server is in another country. wat are ur specs?
