Just got done playing on a Karkand infantry only server, got padded on by some dude trying to shoot me and revive me over and over again. He stopped after he got punished twice. Also, some guy on the other team was hacking with a SVD he was getting kills left and right.

If i see an engy sitting on top of a tank in the sea, the first thing i will do when i take off in a jet, is go after the padder. Most of the time its luck. When i first enter a game on wake you get the view of the bridge down near the south village, and i saw someone drive off the bridge and into the water.

I was going through one of my battlerecorder demos and I noticed G36e kills popin up to fast so I went to check what was goin on

found some guys paddin below lower dam flag at kubra dam, might report them

seen a few in pubs flippin boats

My feeling is that this is a new trend, and there will be more

Maybe they are getting ready to stat padding Call of Duty 4 :) - I hear they will have similar ranking system to BF2

i wouldnt slate repair stat pad so bad because thats to get a badge. I am sure most people cannot achieve 25repair points in a round. 10 is hard enough.

ive been padded with out even askin for it

some a hole just knifed me like 20 times
i got smart and disconnected
it was soo annoying
i couldnt even suicide in time.
The medic from my side was dumb too
i tked him next time i saw him

I've seen several padders

i make it my mission to locate them, then kill the enemy, and while my 'friendly' stands there typing some gibberish to me i drive at him, then bail and he gets a suicide and i go home scott free with a few points for killing

Seen plenty of knife revive padders on my old citymaps server, don't see as many now in the mainstream servers although I do see alot of specialised padding servers when searching for servers to join.
But it really obvious stuff like "PADDERS ONLY"

i saw the same padder more than once. i called him out on his own server. he kicked me, banned me and the whole sort. i came back after the ban was lifted and harrassed him again, about stat padding. he started throwing numbers up for everyone to see, telling people to take my info or something.i took some screenies, and reported him to EA out of spite. it worked, he was reset. come to think of it, i havent even seen that server since then. :)

Besides, having a 50k global score from padding doesnt make you a better player. Let them pad. I like owning the mess out of some padded out Col.

The "stats padding" I see the most is for repair points. Vehicles in the water, overturned RIBs, engies teamed with spec ops and support to blow their own arty, etc. I don't lose sleep over it as it doesn't affect my game.

Yes. I was there capping an historic eight or nine flags on (surprise surprise) Karkand, when the last flag left was the Square. :yay:

I'd been requesting cap assist, to no avail, and wonder WTF was up.

And there - in all their spastic glory - was a bunch of medic knifing noobs all gamely helping each other out with points. :shakehead:

Anyways - I tried to cap the square and they C4'd, then tanked me.

What crap. I got out.

PS - DO those knoobzzzz who camp it at AT and AA installations count as padders?

The ones who won;t get in the vehicle you're offering, saying nuffin, an take up valuable space on the team while we get vaped, with those cheesy scores of 0 kills, 0 deaths?

I see Statpadders all the time.

In IO servers.

Also, to those idiots here (yes, ALL of you), someone killing you over and over isnt padding. Its you sucking.

There's thousands of padders out there, I don't know what the hell the rest of you are talking about.

If you go to a server and the hosting clan has teamstacked air units so they can rape your team continuously so they end the round with 75-0 scores or higher, they're padding. They're after the almighty score. They could join your team and fly to even things up, but no. they don't want that. they want to fly around unchallenged and rack up the points.

If you go to any I/O server, it's basically padding. If you play a sniper, you'll probably get a higher score sniping than a vehicle server. Either Karkand or Jalallalalalalalabad take your pick, the whole thing is padding especially if you play supply guy and get 100 supply points supplying the nade tossers, or the countless revives and healthpack scores you will get as a medic.
