I have found that statement to be incorrect. On 90% of all servers the higher ranked players are in the top, compared to the lower ranked ones. If I see a private and a colonel wanting to go in my chopper I let the colonel do it.

You do sometimes get some quite good lower rankers though. There was a time when i was seargent or whatever it is and i was accused of hacking quite a lot because i was finishing top of servers.

However in the main, i try to take higher rankers on when flying a chopper, bomber etc, not because they're higher ranking, just because they are more likely to be more experienced.

goto manage accounts on the bf2 logon screen and create a new multiplayer account, theres your account for fun.
