Has anyone got a bf2 acc lying round that they would generously give me?, im sorta new to bf2 and kept getting dissed at my low rank (lol). Thanks to anyone who considers it and sorry admins if this is not allowed.

I have found that statement to be incorrect. On 90% of all servers the higher ranked players are in the top, compared to the lower ranked ones. If I see a private and a colonel wanting to go in my chopper I let the colonel do it.

Plenty of people are working second accounts so Rank is by no means a 100% guarantee about somebody being proficient at this game.

And to answer the OP, no you will not get somebody else his account. Would you give yours? Plus it is against the rules if I remember correctly. I know of at least two cases where the accounts have been reset because multiple users played that account.

Buy a account on eBay.

Well, if you want a account you have to buy them. Someone else did some hard work and threw away their time for you and at first you don't want to give something back for it.

Just been to eBay for you and you can buy a account for 200 dollars. Colonel and all badges. I think 200 dollar account auction is the cheapest one. Happy bidding! Be sure to bid at the last second. Still others will come and try to snatch your account away for 250. Be sure, i think the price will go up to 500.

Also it's against EA ToS and maybe your newly bought account will get wiped. Isn't that fun? You screwed up someone hard work in one day LOL. You lost 500 dollars and youre stuck with a sort of same account you have now!! :)
