well you can contact Punkbuster and see what the problem is,

if it gives no answers than a new game it will have to be

Actually, you are quite wrong.

Plenty of people get that message when they have done nothing naughty. In most cases where there is a mistake, you will find that the GUID that has been banned is NOT in fact the player's correct GUID. Rather, some corruption has occurred and a complete uninstall and reinstall usually fixes things.

Unfortunately most people panic on seeing the message and don't think (and investigate) calmly, because their world has just caved in ....

I'm not saying the OP hasn't hacked - I'm just saying PB does make mistakes.
