at the mo im playing lots of DCon. i think it will be the core of my gaming for future. POE2 is more like BF2 with more edge in it so if u like the guided missiles etc go for that or u can try opertaion peackeeper which has some really nice touches and a more tight feeling set of maps.
battleships can be fun if u can get a good server. but its more WW1 or before i think era.
Project Reality can be alot of fun but its got a steep learning curve is u are new to it all. if u can get on with a few friends. the key i found was to slow everything down and take ur time.
for the future im only really awaiting FH2 altho i will obviously play any of the mods that are out as u never know what gem u might find.

POE2, PR and DCon are the best three IMO. Although I take my hats off to the devs for thier work, I didn't care for Eve of Destruction too much. Rising Conflicts is interesting but no one seems to be playing it.

I think DCon is awesome. Best mod out there, fun, fast and intense. Double thumb-ups for letting people fire while jumping.

Forgotten Hope looks good though, but I don't hold much hope for it TBH.

There is a large community still play battlefield 1942 FH
I hope lots of them will jump over to FH2.
If so then its going to kick ***...:salute:

FH2 will blow away any mod out there when and if they release soon...(not a whole lot of time left for bf2). PoE2 would have been awesome if they ported what they had from vietnam straight to bf2 right after bf2 came out...Then update it with new armies etc...The whole german ukraine thing killed it...I mean come on they had the comache in the vietnam version(awesome chopper)...
