na this is not about J10s abilities to dodge missiles

I noticed that if your chasing a J10 in circles lets say and u want to fire ur missiles at himm

ur chances of hiting him will be biger if you swich camera views to see the J10 while ur missile is on its way

why is this??

Firing missile from longer distances, than closecombat, will very often hit a J10. Even if they use flares.

Ahhh, I see. Jet vs jet. Sometimes when I use a jet, I change views frequently to keep a bead on enemy jets. Lose them too fast. Ive only switched views to watch the missle hit from a different perspective. That video kinda' makes me wanna' fly a jet but I suck at jets.

It's not necessarily the switching. As Ph1L said, distance works most of the time. I can hit J-10s in turns if I can accurately guess where they're going. They're more likely to be hit if they try to loop away from the misslie in a turn.

Reminds me of what my F-35 video was supposed to be. No wonder I never let it off my computer. >.<

haahahah complete bs.....thats REALLy not true. if it is for you, then you were playing against noobs....

the trick that will get you the best chance of hitting them is just to lead the missles, and even then, it does not work very well.

The problem is...most J-10 pilots are noobs. Hell, I feel dumbed down when I step in to one.

The ONLY guaranteed method is to scrape the cockpit with your wing and kill the J10 whore inside.

I've done that once to a heli, and once to a J10.

I flew a J-10 on Dalian Plant for the first time, a month ago. I only hopped in because someone had stolen my Z-10. I was amazed at how easy it was to kill people with the cannon and the missles.

Im not adding on to the theory that it is over-powered, but dannnnnnng. Sometimes I would just strafe a random flag with less than 20 rounds and end up with kills. I'd have to say, it was quite amazing firing random shots at flags I could barely see and watching, ' You killed so and so ' pop up.

The J-10 flew itself that day.

lead the missile like blades said and get a good angle to shoot from. if you can fire them correctly while the j10 does a loop you can hit them easily, as shown in that video.

remember its not that hard to fight against a j10, but it can be difficult if the j10 gets on your tail first.

as for camera mode making missiles hit.. rubbish, doesnt help at all.

Lol...the J-10s cannon is worthless IMO. I can hardly see where the bullets are going...F-35 is a nice straight line.

I always crash when I try and kill ground targets with the cannons. I never have enough time to pull up. Lol.

Im gonna' try a jet after I go to Best Buy. I should probably be restricted to choppers though. :)
