Lag has a lot to do with it too. You see one thing while they see another.

One on my favorite ways to die is being shot even though you're already behind cover.

that pisses me off so much!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
i think thats down to the hit boxes on a moving target being behind the player
