    Thanks
    It's called torque, my friend.

Only time it's at it's least is in a nosedive, just about. I notice sometimes the chopper doesn't do it when Im about to ball up the chopper, nosediving like a freakin' meteorite.

      Re: Chopper Question

last week switching to gunner and firing the tv when i went back to pilot somehow i was in a full barrel roll, a perfect one, and managed to keep it going for the last second and skimmed over the water about a few inches while surviving. couldnt duplicate it if i tried, if i told someone i was soloing they woulda laughed at me.

Hmm weird. Never happened to me before.

You fly by mouse or joystick?

          My favorite chopper move:

          APC/AA below you

          Put your throttle at 100%
          Pitch forward
As you're at about a 30* angle towards the ground, start to roll right.

While spinning over the APC, f2 + right click + left click = death

*Not a difficult move, I just love doing it :) *

I can't move my hand from the joystick to the mouse fast enough for that...

            I'd be the dead one.

            Lol.

Try aiming to the left before you switch seats.

                    Crazy. Lol.

I use a ball mouse for ground pounding. I know what you mean.

                    People laugh at me.

no the guys right, unless you are about 700ft up you will go back to pilot view and ahve 0.01secs to pull up

the Tiger really does need a 2 man crew to be at all effective, and even then i find its TV travels very fast

I dont know about different choppers or altitude or anything but what Sloi suggested has worked well for me. If you turn slightly to the left and raise your nose a little and are quick on the draw your shots will become better.

                          thats the idea

but theres different 'sets' of chopper that handle differently:

vBf2 choppers (havoc, Cobra, Z-10): well the z-10 and cobra are quite similar but the overall feel of the 3 choppers are teh same

SF chopper (Apache, Hind): they seem to 'float' a bit when strafing and leaning, especially the Hind. and of course the TV sits lower. dumbfires kick booty

the Tiger: flies more like the vBF2 choppers though different, has the shape of a cobra but the devastating cannon of the havoc. and when theres no pilot plumets to ground, little/no time spent spinning

dont ask me why is posted this, i am bored

Man, I don't know what you guys are talking about! If I could use the Tiger HAP in Vanilla, I'd be one happy camper. Yeah, it's nose-heavy, but you can easily work around that for soloing ... :)
