yup. just toss a nade at a guys feet in a crowd after you killed him, you'll get at least 5 kills when it blows with the way ALL the medics race to the corpse, retards stop fighting and everything.
Alright, when you see someone dying.... laying there on the ground and your a medic, you start to feel that sympothy... You rush there and you save them if you get shot along the way you die knowing you did your best.
