    Rapid Pick-up: Theory and Practicum

If you hold down your "enter vehicle" key you can enter a vehicle regardless of how fast it is traveling. This is true for all vehicles. When you ask for a pick-up, please hold down the key to avoid making the driver slow down or stop so you can get in. The only caveat to this is if the vehicle is full which the driver may not realize if he/she is a squad leader and someone spawns in.

I know this has been covered before in the forums but lately there have been a rash of tk-punish combinations because people do not have the insight to push a button.

    Thank you and good night.

Yeh it usually has a tendency to happen when your the heli pilot and they ASK for pickup and even if you stop next to them, they run under you, then press E or whatever..

And people didn't know how to do this?

I only figured it out about 15 mins after the game came out, but I guess I'm just an abomination.

                I get the reverse effect.

Some noob jumps in a jeep and I ask for a ride while running into the road, holding E. He either swerves and stops, or drives past me then realizes I asked for a lift so he stops and waits for me to run 100 ft with no sprint.

So many people stop and sit there to wait for you when they could just drive into you and pick you up.
Sitting is a good way to get bombed.

i did just that today, i was stuck in the middle of nowhere, and a DPV comes flying at me, so i jump in his path holding 'E'.... he didnt stop or even slow down and i was magically transported into his vehicle...

i also like to bail from aircraft/heli from anywhere up to 500+ m while holding 'E'.....if u land on a vehicle u enter it automatically, and u dont hafta deploy your chute, u take no damage

the replies to a post on the tbf2 forums do not have to make sense, simple as that. why do u think we all come here, for the NON-SENSEFULL COMMENTS/POSTS!!!!
