It's not even worth the time it takes to get this badge.

Focus on an important badge like the veteran vehicle badges, so you can get your stars when you hit 180,000.

Like me getting my stars is going to happen lol. Its taken me from the time the game came out up until now to get to 2nd Lt.

they increased the time it took to repair iirc

ah, to stop tanks and choppers lasting so long. it was still slow to get repair points back then, it just got even slower :\

aye it was slow but it was a hell of alot easier then it is now, :|:

but there is still the odd occasion where you can be in a tank a whole round without dieing so their nerfing doesnt always work

believe it or not I got my expert repair on 24/7 Wake server that allowed attacking the ship, I just kept repairing the Essex gun as they came in to blow it up......took me 3 rounds, first round got 19, second round got 20 but it didnt give it to me, then the third round I got the badge on the 21st repair point, I was also repairing helos that didnt get blown up but severly damaged as well

I think it was actually easy to get doing it that way

I have been trying off and on for a month or so, and it is friggen frustrating.

I've had a couple of 15 point rounds on assests alone, but the closest I have come was 17 armor trailing and assett repairing in a buggy. I almost got another purple heart on that one as I was focused on finding anything to repair instead of fighting.

The Essex gun might be the trick.

when the enemy takes over your main sneak back in and repair your assets and then wait for them to blow them up again. or drive a vehicle around through enemy territory and let them do dammage that you can then repair.

Try using the AA-vehicle on a map with aggressive but bad aiming pilots on the opposite team.
When it's time to repair, just switch to "F2".

Doesn't someone have to be in the vehicle too to get a repair point? Isn't that the case for all vehicle repair points... that someone has to be using the vehicle you are repairing? Obviously commander assets are excluded.

Yes! _You_ are "in" the vehicle but on the outside.. F2 is the second place on the AA.

If you would stand on the ground while repairing with no one inside or on the second place you won't get any points.
