Re: Squads/Teamwork
Commander or squad member. Whenever I'm SL, I get morons joining my squad. They spam ammo and health on me when I'm hiding (providing a spawn point). I'll be SL if need be, but I'd rather be back-up for a SL.
Commanding is great when you have a team that is in squads and actually follows orders. Win or lose, I'd rather have a team that acts appropriately. It seems rare. Usually it's one squad doing all the work while the rest of the team is trying to get "uber" points.Comment

Re: Squads/Teamwork
I reckon squad member personally, cause most of the more experienced people go as the squad leaders, and it gives lesser experienced people like myself a chance to prove themselves...Comment

Re: Squads/Teamwork
I prefer to be a squad leader, but most of the time I'm a squad member. I think it's because I know what I want to do (e.i. capture certain flag etc.) and if I'm a member, you really don't get a say, plus there's no point running off leaving your squad behind.
Giving out commands is easy too, like 2 seconds if that, whereas it takes some people an age to give out a simple order.Comment

dont exaggerate..Originally posted by Cherni_95Squads and teamwork have left vbf2
i used to lone wolf alot, i will occasionally join a squad of others i know who do work together.
i will be a sole SL if the team im on lacks the brains to counter attack,
and i will try to be commander when im eating my dinner :pComment

Re: Squads/Teamwork
^OMG slacker!
I usually play as squad member, not nesseserily to play with them, but on your stats it makes you look like your a teamworker
.
When I feel like making a dif to the round then I'll be a SL. I only command when I'm in the mood (which is rarely)Comment

Re: Squads/Teamwork
I always play as a Squad Leader when I'm playing in a vehicle or on foot. This is because I spend the majority of my time taking flags, and any assistance taking said flags is a boon for myself and for the team.
I get 2 points. They get 1 point. (or vice versa) The team gets another flag. Everybody wins. Except for my enemies.
If I'm in a helicopter or bomber jet, I only play as a squad leader when I'm solo'ing and looking for somebody to gun/laser guided missle for me.
If i'm in a fighter jet. I only play as a squad member or lone wolf.Comment
