Mines hearing a claymore blow up then followed by the other teammember saying "medic, medic!"

You hear "Medic, medic!" I hear "2 points, 2 points!"

i just like the sound of the beach/ocean, its pretty realistic. Speakers gotta be pretty loud though.

The laugh was originally part of the Veteran's program... some crap EA tried to pull so that more people would buy 2142. They added that laugh in 1.4 patch, IIRC.

Basically, it's someone "spotting" a dead enemy soldier. It's supposed to be a taunt.

What is does instead is limit spotting abilities and tell the enemy where you are when your character is running around laughing, "He, he, he."

A gimmick.

The nature sound, love listeni to the birds on some maps when there's less action funny how you don't notice these sounds with action around you, but when it calms down, you hear the birds... very calming and beautiful.

I love the sound of huge explosions (especially when something blows up and you're near it) in surround sound set at a high volume.

It also sounds funny (to me) hearing the soldiers' voices when you're near them. They're talking so low but it's as if they're trying to shout what they're saying.
