We were hacked. Several times over the past two weeks, in fact.
While all passwords are encrypted and salted, it's recommended that you change your password here when you can.
that depends. i have all booster packs and expansion pack, and i play vanilla the most. SF is a good experience, if your really a bf2 fan, its worth getting. The physics for cars and choppers are weird, though.
Ditto...that's all that really needs to be said. Most people that have bought it, play vanilla the most still - but there are still a few good servers for SF.
Once you install SF can you still play on vanilla servers or do you have to deinstall it? I just got but have not installed it yet to get the extra unlocks...
yeah its worth it. if your just doing it for the guns then get someone else to log in. but if your serious about playing, then you will love it. the majority of maps are very good, and its good to play as all the SF units from around the world. last tiem i played, (nearly a month ago) there were still a cuople of hundred servers on there.

When i played sf i found nearly all the people there were jack...donkeys. people are always spamming or sniping if you parachute from a spawn point. i wouldnt reccomend getting it.
warlord isn't the only SF map you know........
oh and KGB, the SF expansion pack is a completely different application, so once installed, it has a different desktop icon. so yeh you can play either one when you want
Absolutely worth getting. There are plenty of servers on which to play. Personally, I like the 24/7 Warlord KOF server (IO) and the 24/7 WTF Warlord server. I play the HBD Ghostown server from time to time but the teamwork factor there is pretty much non-existant. FF is On for the KOF server so there's no claymore spamming. Other servers offer other maps besides Warlord and Ghost Town but they're not always populated.
If you take the total number of Vanilla servers (A), subtract all the Karkand/Jalalabad/Wake servers (B), you will get the same number of SF servers available (C). So A-B=C
When I found it in the bargain bin at EA Games store for $14.99 and bought it, then it was worth it, so I can unlock some of the weapons used in BF2.
As a Special Forces mod, it's really not that 'special'. It's the same as BF2 except you have guys running around in spec ops uniforms, acting anything like true spec ops...
