Even since the patch that prevents you from shooting while jumping... bunnyhopping is not a very big deal, but I see some severs that still prohibit it. I'm not complaining, that's a minor rule that I can live with.
My problem is that people seem to consider every jump a "bunnyhop." I think it's pretty clear by the name that you have to jump more than once to be "bunnyhopping."
Example: If someone near to me goes prone and starts shooting at me (most often a support kit), I run toward them and jump over, then shoot from behind. It causes them breif confusion, and gives me time for a couple rounds before they get oriented. In this maneuver, I only jumped once. I didn't hop my way toward him, just one jump once I was there.
So, is a single jump still bunnyhopping? If so the server rule should say "no jumping... period"
