I also particularily dislike people who have 'Sniper' in their name
Yeh couldn't agree more...most of the time they're not convincing anyone as they're evidently guff at sniping, OR its very evident that they're a sniper as they've M95'ed you to the face 3 times in a row and you've still got no idea where they are.
I play sniper a lot, usually in a squad. A sniper in a squad (either in front spotting enemies or behind the squad killing enemies) can be very useful. Also I sometimes get large teamwork scores as a sniper, because of all the kill damage assists I get when I miss the headshot but still hit the guy. Also no-one can deny that snipers are useless...if they were then you would never be killed by them. Also, snipers are sometimes the only people who get the chance to take other snipers out. Claymores can be annoying, but hell, you can only lay two at a time. It is annoying and stupid all the people who think they can snipe but actually can't (I swear that doesn't include me :P)
If you ask me, the main reason people hate snipers is that good snipers pwn.
You do have to love it when you really honestly help out your team though. Like when a couple guys try to steal a flag behind your lines, but you see them and take them out when nobody else is in sight, or when you take out that fool in the mounted gun who is pinning a bunch of your teammates down.
What I do is discreetly hide C4 around the flag, when someone mentions there are enemys there or the flag turns white, boom, a few easy kills.

That's why you just hide behind something but still in range of the flag, now this isn't possible at ALL flags but most. And then it goes BOOM and you're still alive.
People that try to C4 flag cappers are silly. It only works on complete tards.
