I'd buy it, if they gave us two RPG's rather than one and got read of the horrible lag you get in-game.

I got BF2 because i saw someone play it who was really good. Then I noticed when i got it that I was a major noob. PR is extremely more squad based and seems to be more challenging than BF2. If i had to pay for it........probably not.

          Re: Would You Buy PR?

I'd buy it. Considering the phenomenal job they've already managed to do with EA's non-existant modding support, you can imagine how good it would be if they had Dice's tools.

I'd say £20 for the mod alone, if they made the whole game, I wouldn't see any problem with paying £50...

Absolutely!!! I paid $25 for the Day of Defeat Source mod, and I'm playing and enjoying PR way more than that.

It is a mod, requiring purchase of the base software (BF2), so should not be priced as a stand-alone game is, but the gameplay it offers certainly deserves a price tag in accordance with other add-ons like Euro-whatever and Armored Fury.

Perhaps not for $50, but definitely for < $20, a great mod whose developers deserve great praise

I would, not at regular retail price...but I think I would pay a subscription to it if it were $1 a month.

                    Re: Would You Buy PR?

Idd say no because sometimes i like to lonewolf and thats hard to do on PR and ive also dug into my BF2 ways so PR is alot diffrent for me.

                              no

it CAN be fun, but most of the time its way to frustrating. most of the time the time there isnt a spawn bag thingie near the battle, so u have to walk for 5 minutes to get to the fight, kill 1 or 2 ppl, then get killed. idk, its fun and i play it now instead of BF2, but if i play for more than an hour or 2 at a time i get wicked frustrated and have to stop
