RTFM..... An abbreviation i'd never forget... but really don't press all buttons... Doesn't work half the time, usually ends up screwing up the computer/game...

Example: My little cousin asked me how to do something on the PC... i just said "Press buttons"... omg what a mistake... my Desktop was SOOOOO badly ruined

J for All, you usually get replies from enemies cos it's red to them
K for team, not many people read this from my experience
L for squad, quite useful in squads that communicate and you have no mic

Just a lil tip... use caps when talking ingame, otherwise people won't listen and you won't get flamed for it... also makes it stand out more :)

Well that's what my mate tells me.... well... when we was younger he used to tell me that his cats had superpowers so I can't really trust him much... good mate though... stopped playing BF2 cos he sucked though

ya if u wanna be seen in chat u gotta like.....hit a millyun spaces before ur text so it shows up in the midle of the screen.....

or u can use a bunch of ################ so it sticks out like a sore thumb....also use all caps.....

this should distract everyone enough from the game to read what ur typing

Agreed. I don't think that its a problem of people not caring to read the chat. Its just that all the messages that pop up, like "spotting" become so ordinary that it would be a waste of time to read all the messages all the time to see if someone is typing. They should make messages different colors. Even the squad chat is green, but it mixes in with all your squad members spotting things, so you don't see an actual message clearely. When red comes up, I know its an enemy talking, so I read it. When blue or green come up, I usually ignore it becuase its usually just junk you dont need to read like spotting info.
