Or you could open the game, go to options > controls > look to see what the buttons are

ya thats default......u might be using those keys for other stuff.....u'd wanna go into ur controls in the options menu and see what all the 'say' commands are...

not everyone uses default keys. You could be more informative like telling him where his control listings are in the interface.....

um, if a guys asking how to chat messages, chances are he hasn't costumised his control settings yet. And if he has costumised all his controls he would probably know where to look to find the anwser. I used this simple deduction to give the guy the exact answer he needed.
