run natural resolution
shadows OFF
AA OFF
those last 2 are the FBS killers

Yeah, dynamic shadows, and AA eat up tons of resources. Unless you have a top-of-the-line GPU, I wouldn't worry about turing those on. Sure those things make the game look better, but it's not worth sacrificing frames.
