I don't care about them giving suggestions, but they complain about the most retarded things that would RUIN clan play, like taking out soloing? wow, people need to grow up, there are much better things they need to work on like game stability, etc. Most people don't know about that forum outside of pubbers, so thats why there is no other people in there.

Then stop being a coward and post a friendly, constructive opinion over there.

While they are getting their suggestions heard you are over hear complaining.

As shown by the replies on the thread, the community cannot be trusted. They can't even respond in a simple manner as the admin posted!

It's like they're told to walk in a marked straight line; many of them still veer off. I'm more pissed at the community than EA/DICE when there is an apparent opportunity for change and yet we still **** off so that we can vent our opinion that will no doubt be rightfully ignored.

              Yeah,

I wish the people would not have tried to discuss every post. Just each person state their peace, and move on. All the cross-talk just clouds the whole thread.

Edit: I just PMed the mod there to delete posts that do not matter.

                  exactly dude. the questions were:

Battlefield 2 suffers problems relating to :

Battlefield 2 could have been much improved if :

Battlefield 2 did this well :

yet eastcoast, goes way off tangent posting the same crap he always has about things that he wants changing in the game for himself. everyone is BORED of hearing nerf claymores, nerf planes and helicopters, limit grenades, stop solo heli/bomber e.t.c

im not gonna put much thought into it, but something like this is what they are after:

Battlefield 2 suffers problems relating to : infantry battles/shooting, unenterable buildings, commander assets, bright sky/fog + draw distance and weapon range.

Battlefield 2 could have been much improved if : gun accuracy and range was increased. bright sky/fog adjusted.

Battlefield 2 did this well : tv missiles and jet bombs

not a ****ing essay eastcoast you pleb

                    They should have just asked

Battlefield 2 suffers problems relating to :
                    What needs fixing :

Nothing more, nothing less...but it will make no odds IF they make another patch people still won't be satisfied

you and a few others make some good points, its not like we're asking them to completely revamp the game. a few good changes could really boost gameplay and the fun factor.

You know, EA's stock is sinking. And I feel that this coming back and revisiting problems in BF2 would be a way to help the image of the product. They know it too, every article published in any PC game mag notes all the support and problems.

Re: Admin @ EAUK BF2 forum is conducting BF2 feedback

I always remember, in the back of my mind, that EA is in this for the money. With that said why should there be any lame attempt to put a small minority of people (the people who compete) ahead of the majority of us (we do out number you by 10 to one). This isnt a put down just a statement thats ment to make a point and that being we need a good version of BF2 for the public servers no matter who runs them. In addition to that, we need a version to be used for competition, leagues, tournaments and the like.

If EA is looking toward the next game, they can almost count on everyone here buying a copy if they do a few simple (maybe not so simple) things. First fix BF2 bugs. Second make sure that BF2 lasts long enough to keep the players here for a few years. Third, when the next version does come out keep all the current maps but make them bigger. Maybe a 10 to 30 percent increase in size. Forth and last make the grafix and sound more realistic (if possible). There are some other additions that would be nice but it seems to me that we already proved that we have money to spend and will spend it. We would like to buy a game that turned out to be everything we saw and liked in the demo video (I thought that this one was that, once).

Thier, EA/Dice, system of decideing what to do next should be put to the BF2 players and voted on. One vote for every hour in game. After all the people who have the most hours have the most experience in the game. The hours arent like some peoples badges and medals, they are earned. Believe me, the price I paid for my hours was very high, indeed. . . . . . . . .Red

Are you going to post that over in that thread instead of here?

I agree with you though, it is going to be hard for me to really chalk up the money for EA games in the future...especially since there are a lot of other companies that are catching up to Battlefield and will out do DiCE in the future. Even games like ArmA, which has is not as good graphics wise, is showing it can outdo BF2. And QW:ET, which is running on a two year old engine will sweep a lot of people away from the ranked servers that EA is getting money from.
