I made the mistake of buying an ATI 512 X1300 PCI-e card. It's not terrible, but not what I expected/wanted. I can run BF2 with everything but dynamic light and dynamic shadows on high. It is shotgunable (is that a word?) Should I buy better (maybe way better) card and try shotgunning the 2? It would be pointless to try to resell the card I have now. Or should I just look into buying a nice nvidia card? Also, I have a few question about shotgunning. Can you run 2 different brands of cards or would that cause probs?
I'm a gfx noob. Oh, I have an athlon 64 3800+ with 1.5 gigs of ram. I'm running HD, but I don't think that really matters. Help me with your all knowingness.
