everything looks good except i was hoping the spawn time would be changed because 30 seconds is just so long,i know it helps with mindless rushes but maybe it starts at 15 then builds up instead of the default 30.

No plans to change the spawn time, IIRC. A few servers have the spawn time set at 15s (ECGN, I think) but to me, it just doesn't feel like PR.
