The 7600GT would be the best card for your budget.

There is the one at stock speeds: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16814130062
        and
There is one that is factory overclocked: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16814130017

alright thanks. How much better do you think it would perform? Also how do you think AA, bf2, and CSS would perform with a x1600pro, 1gig of ram, and a 3400+ 64bit processor?

The 7600gt is better than the X1600.

I'd still go with a BFG model of the NVidia. Under average conditions, you won't need the warranty. But above average conditions occur and it's always good to have that to fall back on.

Evga has a better warranty and better service.

Same warranty from what the websites say, which is good enough. Can't get better than lifetime.

As to BFG's service, I had a buddy use it with no issues. My two purchases from them have been no trouble so I've never put that to the test. If you've had equal or better luck on EVGA I'll give em a go next vid card purchase probably in the next six months.

I would usually reccomend to go with Evga, but in this case you might as well go with the BFG 7600GT. Its a great deal, go for it.
