firstly, what made you get a passive cooler when theres **** all head room for OCing. And there just not reliable. Say if you room temp goes to hot for it to handle the card over heats. Fans FTW!!!

And yes get your self a evga 680i mobo if ur buying a new one, its very good!!! (i have one :P )

Either roll back your drivers to a previous version, or get a better PSU if the drivers don't solve it.

BF2 can be funky with NVidia drivers sometimes.

Because I don't OC. :-)

Until I get either my Coolermaster or Thermaltake, my Liquid Cooling kit, and my new Mobo. No OCing for moi.

And also, the PCooling GT can be OCed very slightly and get a heads up on the X1950 cards.

Any difference between the ASUS and the evga, cause they look the same, but the ASUS is more expensive...for what looks like no reasonn. Didn't check specs yet.

I've heard great things about the evga board, but that the backplates don't work well. That you may have to dremel out metal? The ASUS sounds to not be too stable. Any info on RAM problems with these boards?

I honestly couldn't tell you mate. When I had two 7800's 91.21 would not work with them and Bf2 and the 84.63 would. One of the cards died so I sold the other and bought two 7900's and they would not work with 84.63 but are fine with 91.71 and 94.71. Try all versions since 84.63 and see if it solves your problem.

But I'd really check your PSU mate as I don't think 350W is enough to cope with that. There are a number of on line calculators that work out what you need for what you run, try a few out.

375 W, but an extra 25W doesn't compensate for much, really.

Deleted 94.71 from my computer. Reinstalled 91.47. Works beautifully with around 80 FPS.

Im having these problems too with bf2...I think its going down the drain
