g36,pkm vs sniper accuracy

well snipers will know what im sayn
I think spec ops and pkm should be nurfed a bit at long distance after all there not fully automatic sniper rifles and should not compare at distance

or maybe a double zoom on the sniper rifle?
or maybe not lol i just feel game is unbalanced in that way and POE guns feel so much more like the real deal>hint EA

i know its too late but any others see this too?

I disagree. If a sniper can't win at 50+ meters he needs more practice or is playing vs. a very experienced player. Practice is the great balancer.

im not getting owned just sayn 250+ meters and those gun should not be head shots so often.p.s im alot better than u think never underestimate the enemy or u already lost!

Sure.. yes these guns are very accurate.. almost like a sniper... but guess what.. you can only shoot what you see..

And with those guns you only have iron sights that barely zoom in.

With the sniper scope you can see much farther, and even if its on a map with high fog/low visability, you will have a bigger target to shoot at, on top of having high accuracy, where the pkm and g36c will only barely be able to see what they're shooting at.

Asking DICE to balance something is just like asking them 'please ruin the game some more'.

Snipers will always win against a soldier with a G36C/E or a PKM, granted the Sniper isn't totally clueless.

At <50 meter distances, but that is how it should play out. Honestly, if you close the gap to a sniper he should be toast. I would also comment that most snipers that get themselves in trouble are using the bolt action snipers and just sit there and take hits while they're reloading. The semi-autos are pwnage in the 40-100 M distances. The best snipers I play with/against exclusively use the semi-autos and are tactical squad support.

I'm not trying to insinuate that you are a poor player. And the headshots at 250+ meters are strictly random because of the bullet deviation DICE put into the game. If you are serious, you might consider downloading BF2Pro. It's a mod that has the deviation dramatically reduced.

BF2 was never touted as a realistic game.

It is, at it's heart, an arcade game.

If you are looking for realism, I suggest you check out Project Reality (click the sig).

The thing about snipers is they don't always get a headshot, so you'll have 2 bars of health left and plenty of time to kill them since they need to re-load.
