    Re: My expierience last night..

I give newbies a chance most of the time, if they miss 2 or 3 TV's at a tank I'll just pretend they aren't there and solo it with the rockets. By newbies I mean everyone, especially officers (seriously, I've had better random newbie gunners than most).

Thanks sloi, I think I operate much the same as you, my priorities have thus far been 1. Atk Chopper/Igla (split this one) 2. Armour (including apc's) 3. jeeps/retard vans 4. Transport choppers 5. Infantry 6. If I get a chance, jets flying at me.

      *EDIT*
Had a great round tonight, not in the chopper, but in the F-35. I started in the blackhawk, and took a full squad to the airfield, capping it very fast. Then I started fighting, and when I died went to the carrier, and proceeded to go 34-1, with the one death being on ground.

I always prioritize Attack Helis: in fact, I get nervous and annoyed when I don't locate them rapidly.

After they're taken care of (and I keep a countdown of when it respawns), I look out for mobiles (if they're on the map) and then APCs/Tanks.

The rest is gravy. I take care of the above to make it easy for my teammates to capture flags... if they don't do it, well... at least I've done my job.

        Cheers bro, enjoy soloing!

Now go try soloing in a bomber. It will change your bf2 life! Those laser guided are just awesome! It's very easy to guide them when u have a good pilot or when soloing.

I, too, applaud your attitude, Brian. Give a guy a chance. I like to gun but am no master. It can be difficult if the pilot is jinking all the time. Give the gunner a second or two to line up the target and you will damn near guarantee a kill. This, obviously, does not refer to enemy attack choppers. Thats a whole 'nother ball a wax.

When I do not have a copilot in a bomber, due to lack of people on the server, I just carpet bomb, or use the cannon, I would rather not have to switch seats, slows you down to much, and the enemy fighter will get on you.
