    driver installation problem

    I recently installed new drivers on my laptop from packard bell for the ATI Radeon 200m graphics card. However i have had a blue screen appear twice, countless error reports and games freezing at loading screens. This is the report i have recieved:

    I am **** with computers and dont even know how to uninstall the drivers, if this is what i have to do. What steps should i take next?

        hmm you would need to revert to an older version then, if the new ones are giving blue screens,

        did the laptop come with a disc with drivers on it?

          I'm not sure. I will have a look for the disc tonight and check.

            Did you uninstall your old drivers before installing the new ones.

                Right click my computer, goto properties, hardware, device manager then uninstall the driver.
