Yes you can, if you want, I will dig out that old, old thread about a J10 base raper. He was a regular poster on these forums too and not only did he get his stats wiped once, but twice!

uncap rules can be justified on maps like Wake, Dalian,

where other maps like sharqi it cant be,

Wake and Dalian for instance can be controlled by raping the carrier, and it does lead to an imbalance in the map as others have stated..

It was a huge thread back several months ago, if you look at his stats, he was only in the game to fly as a sniper on wake playing chinese and based on the number of golds he has compared to the silver stars, you can really tell he went for the easy kills.

A lot of the better pilots on this site felt he was a complete tool.

Now that said, I specifically avoid Wake. I never spent enough time to learn any counters on that particular map. Maybe there are none? Maybe that map is the one specific example of where you are right and it does have it's place? In that case, I also want to commend your caveat to the rule of requiring one flag cap by the US first before such activities can commence. Still overly painful to adminster though. I can see way too much subjectivity in that still... How far off the carrier does a blackhawk have to get before the J-10 can take it down? 1 ft? 5 ft? 100 ft? Hard call when it comes down to it.
It is a tactic but my experience is that I see the J-10's ignoring supporting their team on the ground and raping the carrier...that's point whoring at it's finest. Other than that rule, racist stuff, and cheating, we have no rules and it works fine. We had to do it to keep people in the server. I've played alot of Wake and the way it's designed, unless a good squad goes very high in a BH (w/o getting spotted and shot down), and paradrops on a flag, in essence one of the old DC spawn helo's, its very hard to cap an island flag. It's the map design, we have no such rule on any other map. As far as your last question, once something's lifted off from the carrier its fair game. It is very difficult to administer. Most games I spend a fair amount of time warning. Not very often is there a kick and I don't know of a ban. We'd be very reluctant to ban for that type of thing. I would.

Who really cares? I mean, what of that's all he wanted to do? Who is anyone to say he shouldn't enjoy a GAME, he bought? It's annoying that people think their opinions actually mean something. People take this game playing thing WAY too seriously, get over it, it s arecreational activity. I mean give me ****ing break...ROE police? HAHAHAHA police....riiiiiiiiiiight.
