Here I was messing around on a local server.

I came close a couple times.. might have actually even done it idk.

But you get the basic idea.

Even if it isn't a "cobra" it's definately a cool move.

First one is the demo and the second is the cam file, I don't know if you need them both, but put them both in incase.

To watch them, copy these into your My Documents\Battlefield 2\Profiles\Default\demos folder.

Then in BF2 go to the community tab and look at the right and it will be there, named cobratest.

Nothing..?

Fyi guys, the demo does work, if it's not working for you, do you have the Wake Airshow map installed?

I just watched it briefly, it's definitely sweet looking although I wasn't quite sure of the effect it was having on the path and velocity of the jet.

Watch the whole thing if you have time. It's like 4 min long maybe.. I was just messing around but I came close a few times and even if it isn't exactly a "cobra" it's still a good move, because you basically do a 180 on the dime if you were to not try to do the cobra.

No 900, which is the ceiling of wake.

Watch the BR and you'll see how i'm trying to do it. Unless you already did, you just don't know how high it is.


You'll see me go on a slight slope and then push down hard. When I push down it's like 915 or so.

i can get a plane to fly straight, then get it to forward roll once and carry on in a straight line. is that the move your on about ??

Get it to do a 180 (face behind you) and then pull back to the normal position and keep going.

what do you mean do a 180 ?? i can do forwards rolls, backwards rolls, spinning rolls and could probably get it to recover going any direction i wanted.
