It's impossible to cover everything in a 30v30.

I was wondering about BF2C. Do they have a european squad/team?

Its about maximum and most enjoyable coverage, and minimum and least enjoyable coverage. While what they said was all good and gave a nice overview, the camera use method was a huge letdown.

            Yeah it was too imo...

They weren't showing hatchet/Z-man or the jets enough tbh.. I made some great A2A kills and only one was shown.

BF2C Vs. BF2GN was much better filmed I think. Better camera work.

What they need to do is focus on people who are in the most important spots and change the camera view to the next soldier in that spot when one dies. Then occasionally rotate to show some other fights on other key spots or when a chopper/dogfight occurs. There are 2-4 casters, they should do some teamwork. They should all talk whats going on (well, taking turns, like they did right now, which was great), but in the same time they should be looking out for those fights in key spots on the map. And, focus on the players aswell. When Narco is usually on, they spectate players and rotate players. Combined with spectating players in the right spots, and comments from what was going on everywhere else, it worked magic.

This time they might have showed key fights, but it was done in a very general fashion so I didnt really get a feel of it.

Think about professional sports. They dont have one camera covering the whole field in a static fashion. They focus on the players, the ball, with the rare view on most of the field to see how things are looking.

On the same note, an occasional view on the map wouldnt hurt.

We don't have a euro squad or a euro team, but we have a lot of euro players. UK, Germany, Norway, Sweden, Iceland, anything. Join if you're interested.

Thanks for the constructive feedback, points well taken, I was the camera guy :p

It is much easier to do follow-cam in a 8v8, 5v5, etc, because there are only so many players to cycle follow-cam. But in a 30v30, there are just too many players to cycle, if you cycle past the guy you want to follow, you have to cycle through another 30 because there is no way to cycle back.

Map Overview is a really good idea for 30v30.

Metallica we pretty much focused exclusively on Hatchet/Z-MaN for the last round of Kubra since they were so dominate. Sorry I missed you A2A kills, it's just really hard to cycle 30 guys, and by the time I cycle to you the kills are already gone. Only thing I can do is leave the follow-cam on the Jet, and let the action pick up as it happens.

Can you be a little more specific as to the points you liked in the GameNight cast, versus the Tactical Gamer scrim?

Ill tell you what. Ill watch them both again and Ill write up a short analysis kind of feedback :P .

I know its hard, its 30 players, but somehow Narco (may be wrong with the cameraman here) cracked the secret open.

Yeah, it was a great match. Although, my BFCO skills were crap on Karkand round 2.

Get ready, because BF2C is taking on TG again, but on POE2.
