connection problem every hour or so, CTDs at least 2 times a day, and whats worst.........I cant hit anything with TVS, it just goes through at least 80% of the time, is it just me or is it everyone else? I was able to hit rolls anyday in 1.4 but now I miss hovering choppers, it goes through and its pissing the **** out of me, how do I fix this?????

and there are two other things, most of the time when I get a connection problem Im either in TV mode looking at the chinese tank or locking onto another jet with my jet

Spyware? Scan your PC.

Try other servers.. Reset router? Etc.

you think spyware can effect the way TV missiles work, I defraged my pc a few days ago but I havent cleaned spyware in a while, ill try that but I doubt thats the problem, btw I restarted my modem a few days ago

ive been getting that too, never had a prob with 1.4 but i occasionally get the ctd but the connection thing happens often especially when i play on servers outside europe which never used to happen before

I have been getting alot of connection issues lately myself, I check my ping in the game and it is low but still I lose connection and have to rejoin the game. I have also had a few tv shots going through helo's and that is quite aggravating. Just a part of the online video game life I guess but still makes you mad !!

Ok, this has happened to me also. Do you have Spy Sweeper? If you do even if you shut it down the service process will still be running and it scans everything you do, it laggs me like crazy. I would shoot the TV missle and it wouldn't turn or it would just go off in another place. I turn off every process that is uneeded and set BF2.exe on High priority, but if you have TS running don't do it. Run a defrag, virus scan, oh yeah even if you have top of the line graphisc card dont set your settings on high. Set everything on High except Terrain(low) and no AA(Anti Aliasing). I had a few issues the first two days after installing 1.41, but it's been good to me since then. Your PC might just not like the patches...

1.41 has made me ctd more than 1.4 did, which was a grand total of...once. And I know exactly what you're talking about PJMAK1. My computer didn't all of a sudden just "become loaded with spyware", and my modem didn't just decided to take a dump.

Same here, every couple of hours I get connection lost. It is because of 1.41 I am sure.

1.41 did reset all my video settings and set the view distance back to 75%.

It was happening every 20 minutes or so but lowering settings on the video setup has helped to make it every few hours.

Something else I noticed after installing this patch. The blackhawk seems quite powerful now. I was practicing in an empty Dragon server and happened to jump in the blackhawk at the docks. The minigun will destroy the APC in one burst before overheating, and will even destroy the tank in one burst before overheating.

We all should have known if EA comes out with a "server fix" patch that it would create new connection problems.

Wow i've never had all these problems with 1.41 i crashed once, and thats the teamswitch crash. I think 1.41 is just like any other patch except 1.3. I hate how they add a delay when you prone and get up it pisses me off.

1.41 crashes at least once when ever I play (1.4 was grand). pc's rebooted every day...... The dump files always show a different error...

Mayby you are just having a bad run? I dont mean your aim is off, mayby you are just gettting sh*t connections...I havent CTD'd once in 1.41, and havent had any trouble with TVs...
