    Re: weapons question

ive never fired a gun in my life. its quite depressing. every day i think to myself "man, wouldnt it be nice if someone came to my house and handed me an M4 and a couple mags?", but it never happens.

My G-pa was in WWII and he has an assault rifle(dont ask me the name, i dont know) and ive seen it once, thats the closest ive been

M67 frag (more powerful in real life than 1 would imagine)
M16 (select fire semi/full auto) "Expert Rifle Badge"
Norinco Mac-90 (Chinese copy of AK-47 in semi) impressive firepower, never jams
11-87 (got 11 clay pidgeons out of 25 first time out)

Were you a 14T? I'm a 14J. I just left Bliss a few months ago. In ADA, all roads lead to Bliss eventually. They're shifting the ADA school over to Ft. Sill soon, though.

It's OK. I had never fired any real weapons until I joined the Army. I think the main reason I got a chance to use so many different weapons was because I was in the 82nd Airborne Division. Since I left there, I haven't touched 90% of the hardware I used there.

M16 single and 3 round burst - easy day once you get the sights wired
            Beretta 92FS - who hasn't?

I would like to fire G36C like this guy:

                1) Beretta 92 - ****, everyone has fired this :)
                2) I own a Remington 700p .308 ...it's basically the civilian version of the m24 the US Army uses. I like it since it is easier on my shoulder as opposed to the .300 MAG Remington makes. The bolt can be popped and locked fairly quickly, too.

Come to think of it I have fired an AK-47. When I was in high school I had a crazy anarchist friend who got ahold of one. We took it in the woods and fired it one day. Of course I didn't see much of my friend after that, he had a run in with the FBI shortly after that.

LOL what were u shooting at in the woods, FBI and all? Bank wall?

I've shot with Benelli shotgut, AK-47 (actually with Chineese version made by Norinco), Beretta 92. That's about it of the guns in the game.

Hunting and shooting are one of my hobbies, so outside the game guns, I've used guite a many different guns.

Just about 2 months ago I accomplished an SRA-card which means freely translated something like Applied Army Reserve Shooting Card, giving right to participate Applied Army Reserve Shooting competitions. It was great fun.

I have a friend who's a gun collector so I had the chance to fire these.

AK-47 (rugged, which I liked, larger caliber bullet, would stop an enemy faster)
M-16 (lighter, less recoil, good sites, more accurate)
