1.12 was the best patch performance wise and it's been all downhill after that.

1.40 -> 1.41 - I had a slight but noticable drop in framerate. Even after a clean uninstall and reinstall the performance drop remained. In conclusion: DICE sucks - the end.

I don't notice - I have everything on high all the time and it has never struggled, and shouldn't do with my spec.

My game seems to be running better and the graphics seem slightly improved.

Haven't lost connection to the server since 1.41. :)

your imagining things. there is no fps difference between any version of bf2 for me.

and to ACE_FIN1972, i have a 7800gt, yet i can stay at 100fps solid no matter whats happening on screen. possible reason why? well i have 1.4ghz more than you... so overclock or buy a faster cpu.

bf2 loves a fast cpu!!

Yeah I know, CPU is my bottleneck at the moment, but after reinstall its okay again. 70fps is just enought for me.

Just you, I have got worse since 1.41 to me I think that it didnt fix anything to me cause there is still problems with it when i get loged out of the bf2 to the desktop
