and I am not crying, why do people take everything as crying or whining, whats up with that, I dont usually play infantry but I spend alot of time in the chopper and Ive become really good which means that I would be good with infantry too if I was playing it that much, do you see me jumping into other peoples threads and talking **** for no reason??.........nahh so dont come in my thread telling me that Im a bad player coz u havent even had a chance to play with me, ud probably go home crying if u did, like those noobs who end up ramming and tking coz they cant stand the ownage, trust me i get that alot and that can only mean one thing

Dolphin diving, originally used to avoid fire and return fire while being as hard to hit a target as possible. Done by jump going prone, then immediately jump proning repeatedly doing two things, allowing you to fire with prone accuracy, and move as a much smaller target...

Bunnyhopping. Was, and still is used as an avoidance technique because a moving target is harder to hit. If you choose to remain still while reloading, or shooting enemy, DON'T CRY BECAUSE YOU GET KILLED BY SOMEONE THAT DOESN'T!!! It's your own fault. EA/DICE got rid of the exploit in bunnyhopping, which was the SPRINT EXPLOIT. Basically, while you were jumping your stamina meter would increase enough so that when you hit the ground, you had just enough sprint to continue moving quickly, jump, refill repeat. This is the ONLY exploit EA/DICE sees in bunnyhopping, and they removed it. Players not being able to hit moving targets is not their concern, get better.

I do however find it extremely funny people were crying about the noobtube, because you could come around a corner, jump and fire it at your feet, and kill the enemy with relatively little damage to yourself. so they got rid of jumping and firing, and reduced damage from the GL. Now you can fire it practically at your feet without jumping, and kill an enemy in front of you and sustain very little damage, gg dice.

I play against good gunners and pilots on daily basis, btw come to my cotunry and learn my language in less then 2 years then talk to me, ive only been in USA for 4 years, when I write on forums I dont care about grammar

some of the peole I play with are:

DMOC guys
Moo guys
FHM guys

my friend tiki, I play with sloi from time to time
slapdeckrussia,.z9slayer(very good gunners) and theres alot of others, visit DMOC or FHM server from time to time
most of he time I dont have problems taking these guys down, sometimes I have a bad day and miss the easiest shots like yesterday, jeronimo from FHM was flying me and I missed hovering choppers:laugh:

Im not saying Im a pro but I do play with good competition and if ican take them down then I know I can do good

Back to the question at hand. NO, Pro is not free of noobs. But there are a lot less noobs that play in pro servers than in normal vanilla pubs. Mostly because, new players, or players that dont play competitively dont know what pro is, or just dont play it. There are only 3 pub servers that run pro( one of them being mine 72.232.124.60 ) and really only one of those is ever really populated. Spun and Swifty's server. This is where the pro's and highly competitive players go to have a good time, and get away from all the "noobs". Most of the servers that run Pro are match server, both CAL and TWL require Pro for league play.

I enjoy playing Pro. It was well made, and puts a lot of much needed changes into effect, and that is why CAL and TWL use it. It was designed by Ginc from 20ID for those of you that dont know. Any pub server, whether it be Vanilla BF2, Pro, POE, or any other mod, is going to have the occational noob, that just goes with being a public server. But Pro has very few.

Also, as Touch my Balls said. If you were in a pug, those really arent always taken very seriously. Its more to just get a bunch of people together and have a private game and have fun. I dont know if you were or not, but most of the people that were in that game, were probably even in Vent together giving each other ****.

As for the bunnyhopping and all that. ITS PART OF THE GAME. It always has been. Its been part of the game as far back as BF1942, and even back into the days of Quake and other FPS's. Almost EVERY FPS allows this. You do what you have to do to avoid getting killed, by whatever means the game allows you to do. And Jumping is a good way to do it. Just like going prone is the best way to aim. I tell you one thing, and Touch my Balls will back me up on this one I'm sure (and yes he does play for a pro team, team binary). When you play competitively, almost EVERYONE does these things. They will jump around, go prone and nade spam the f**k out of you. Its part of the game, and it works. And the pro's know this, and they use it. The "noobs" are the people that "think its stupid" or its cheating, etc etc.
If you dont like it, dont do it. But stop bitching and whining about it cause you keep getting killed by people that do it. Think what you want, they are tactics, and they work well.

We didn't name it. It's called pro because it makes the game harder, not because everyone who plays it is awsome. Making assumptions over the name of the mod a group of players plays is just a tad bit ignorant.

Refusing to play a mod because of its ****ing name is ignorant too. I have a feeling you are making an excuse as to why you don't want to play the mod cuse you know you won't do well playing against the CAL players, but hey, if you want to make assumptions, so will I.
