Arg! it was empty as hell, now it is full as hell! Great idea, do like Team Wonderful does and change the amount of players from 16/16 to 32/32 on a 16 player map! That map could very well support that.

My clan can't afford to extend it to a 32 player server, we already have two BF2 servers, this one and a 30 player one, and we have a 2142 server arriving soon. Not bad when we only have 10 fully active members, and only 3 being BF2 full time!

Anyways, the map seems to be quite a hit, and it's been ranked since it got populated, so I'll leave it on GW IO for now. Only problem I've got is team stacking - everyone want's to be EU!

I know, I hate that too. At least when I am on UTAC, the UTAC boys will move me back to the US/EU team if I get autoswitched when people start jumping over.

The problem with everyone wanting to switch, is that the team will get so stacked for the first two minutes that the game can become totally lopsided for the EU. They get the flags first, then get to hold them while the other team is weak.

If Dice would release more maps for EU or get the ****ing community ranked map program going, we would not have the rampant problem of team switching on EU maps.

Unfortunately, due to reasons beyond the clans control, this server will be discontinued after the weekend

As one of the head administrators of that said server (I play 2142 now so I am not on anymore) that server and the other BF2 server (30 man) WILL be kept up and will not be shut down this weekend.

The =SFV= clan has agreed to support the 2 BF2 servers as well as our BF2142 server which will arrive any day now.
