I think PR is a great mod. While some of the features are not my cup of tea, a lot of stuff they have done is really cool. I think the maps are top notch and the game modes are sweet. Kit limitation system will be one of the absoulte best features that any mod has made to-date for BF2 and many other features and changes are pretty freakin cool.

BTW I made Fallen and the map in question is original and not a copy in any way shape or form.

We are lucky that we have dedicated mod teams like PR that bust tail to put out such quality work and continue to support their product.

Love it or hate it, respect what this talented team has done.

There are 2 ways in, 1 directly behind us behind the house and the one we are at. We were holed up in there with people flanking us. We were pretty much firing potshots hoping to hit the enemy. I popped a smoke and some of the team moved up, then I had to go to supper

I love PR, but i think it is less to do with the mod itself, although the devs and mappers etc have done an absolutely great job, and i really like many of the changes over vanilla, but the team spirit that you find on nearly every server.

As you can make out from many of the screens, squads support both each other and other squads. More often than not you have a competant commander as well. Then you have BF2 as it should be played, co-ordinated squads working towards the same objectives and guided by a CO giving intelligent and reasonable orders.

Its great to watch the movement on your minimap, to see one squad attacking, the other defending and another flanking or dropping back to help defenders under heavy pressure. Its all about the team and not the individual.

Sure, there are a limited number of populated ones, but there are always highly populated ones, usually with some spaces. The tightknit community is great too, i chose servers by user names i recognise, i'd say there aout 15 people whose name i look out for as great SLs and team players.

The weapons sound 100% better and more REALISTIC.
the squad play must be really steped up from plain bf2.
im dl'n it right now.

I just played a round, with the best realism you guys could get.

Op ghost train, we were at trenches while the team was attacking south bridge. We all sat there waiting, slowly moving in getting a good position when we saw that the team needed help at south bridge we split up. 4 people stayed back waiting for the flag cap, while 2 moved up to south bridge. I was one of the 2, I would run up 50M to the nearest tree take out my gun scan the trees while my teammate moved up. When he got up 50M past me he would do the same. We got there and helped cap south bridge. Then we tryed and didnt get trenches, so we regrouped and hit it at the same time they were about 4 smokes around the flag, and grenades going off everywhere! We had all 4 of us on the flag but they capped south bridge JUST before we got onto the flag then the server crashed

About 60-75.

Usually about 1-2 have 40+ people and 2 have 20+ people.

Yesterday I played 2 rounds, and loved it. No mindles grenade spamming, rambo running etc. Highly recommend it!

Glad everyone is enjoying the mod.

I must admit the teamwork in servers is great.

But the teamwork in the tournament is phenomenal, I suggest that anyone who loves teamwork and PR should sign up.

Some of the people in the tournament I have run into on servers, one of them teamkilled me because I was in the chopper. He did that twice....

i personaly dont like it, they changed the whole MEC, so its impossible to win, especialy since Usa is the only army that has a red dot scope, i donno and theres no servers running it apparently, i donno i think ill stick to bf2.
