    Re: VOIP and headsets

Ive been trying to fig this out for ages:
    http://www.forumplanet.com/planetbat...19&tid=1969737

Forgot to mention in other thread, my mic is USB.
After my 2nd (3 total) reformat and reinstalling of BF2, the mic worked like a charm for months.
Whether I was a squad leader or Commander, or just a a grunt in a squad I could hear everyone in squad and talk also.
This last reformat, I think ive traced it down to either a codec while installing Flash Player, or something in activeX being changed, maybe even something from shockwave, realplayer10 maybe, shoot, who knows.
This is really driving me crazy, I will get a mic thats not USB whenever I can, but until then...aaahhhh
Trying to get help from EA support.
    Sick of this......
The game rocks too much though, cannot stop gaming on it...:)...:p
I use teamspeak (TS) for flightsims, would rather not have to use it for BF2 when I know the games VOIP should work by default, having it work for months previously.
    Any new input/ideas?
    Thanks....

Just trying to bump this once and get it read by others...:)
