Hello BF2!
Tried 2142 out, it was okay. Doesnt have the feeling of bf2. Feels like they tried a bit too hard. Hate using 6 missle to take down one walker then at the last min the guy runs off. Air is useless and just about everyone rides a vehicle. But thats just me. Ill still play it, maybe im just not use to it yet.

Who are you? Did you really need to make another thread about 2142 in a BF2 discussion forum, the general gaming forum has got enough 2142 threads as it is.

I don't see any problem with comparing BF2 and 2142 here, esp when BF2 is the focus of the discussion compared to 2142.

That's funny RocketChild... One out of seven sentences mentions BF2, minus his greeting to the BF2 community and that constitutes the focus of his discussion being about BF2.

Well it is comparing it to BF 2 kind of so no lockage I'd say.

As for 2142, it's a different experience and pretty fun(once you figure out how to get the damned demo to work) but has it's flaws as BF2 had its own, but to a lesser extent.

I might get it despite the spyware and adware and alternate between that BF2 and 2142.

I'm not into the whole mech/futuristic thing.... kinda lame. Maybe because I've been playing WWII shooters and BF2, plus I'm a WWII freak, so I'm sure all that is pretty much why I'm not buying 2142, PLUS I don't feel like going through the same sht as I did before with EA acting like a bunch o idiots... having to d/l patches every week and sht. f that. I have better things to spend $50 on.

Thanks alot buddie! I'm so glad that there are still people as cool and understanding as you around here. If it's gonna be lock then let it be, you dont have to come in here just for a reason to make post like you aint got nothing else better to do.
Yeah i'm not complaining nor whining, im here to tell how i feel and express myself and this thread is containing BF2 if im not mistaken.
