    Yay...a console port :p

No, really...I hope this game ends up being good, I honestly do. But I'm always weary of console ports. If they do a different version for PC a la GRAW, then it might not be that bad.

And the 7000 posts comes from the fact that BF2 was such a badly coded game that I spent the better part of a year providing technical support in our Support section here at TBF2...many times answering the same question over and over again because people choose not to search :p

ha. i'm working on 1K posts right now. And I credit it all to useless jokes that I tag to every conversation! With minimal real conversation.

Anyway, that last picture posted seemed pretty 'jaggy' to me. Anyone else?

And is anyone else concerned about completely destructable enviroments? Don't you think that we will get planes and helicopters takeing apart the only cover infantry will have. Rember wake island for example and that jungle map with 5 helis on Vietnam!

                Double Amen

Large SP emphasis = Very good going EA!!!
WAY improved graphics = good going EA (hope people will be able to run it )
Ironsights = Good Going EA (realism I missed in the first BFs)
Destructible enviorments = HHHUUUUUUURRRRRRRRAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!!!!! Excellent going EA, TWO REALLY BIG THUMBS UP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Making primarally for console ports = I think an EA boycott is in order. I will not be buying this next installment even with all the afforementioned things I like so much. Game companies have long been trying to phase out the PC as a gaming platform because they can get more money for each unit made for a console port than they can for a PC game, they can make highly profitable deals with console companies, they don't have to worry about pirating, and most importantly, they don't have to worry about competition. No longer can Harry the Hacker sit down with his friends in the back of his garage, and develop some groundbreaking technology that could make compeition for big game companies. By buying this game you are contributing to the demise of the best gaming platform ever - at least that's how I see it. Battlefield is a PC game, it should stay one.

Would be a nice addition to the PSP games range, as it is I'm growing bored of NFSU: Rivals. I need some BF and Oblivion to sink my teeth into
