Whilst messing with my settings today, for some reason. My average FPS is ~40. However, I tried 800x600 with all high, I got ~40 average, I tried 1024x768 and got ~40 average.
well, as far as your bottleneck is concerned its your card. I really can't imagine that there would be a huge performace drop between 800x600 and 1024x768. Even with that card.
