Performence trouble

Hello everyone.

Whilst messing with my settings today, for some reason. My average FPS is ~40. However, I tried 800x600 with all high, I got ~40 average, I tried 1024x768 and got ~40 average.

Is that okay?

Amd64 3500+
2 Gb Ram
Bfg 6600gt Oc

i guess its about right...there is like a 3-4 fps diff for me when i go from 1024 to 1280

well, as far as your bottleneck is concerned its your card. I really can't imagine that there would be a huge performace drop between 800x600 and 1024x768. Even with that card.

so what do you suggest best?

BTW, right now im trying some stuff and i can run 1280xsomething at low with 100 fps..
