I think the server browser needs patching. Now all servers either come up with 0 ping or 150+ so its a gamble with the 0 ones. Before that I had a bunch in the 30-60 range.

Oh and how do we know the patch will be serverside? I didn't hear anything about that.

Oh, great, BF 2.142. Can't wait for even more FPS drop and lag.

All 2142 is is a 50 dollar, lackluster mod for BF2.

Oh and by the way, Titan mode is just a carbon copy of StarWars Battlefront 2's secondary game mode. Congrats on being origanal EA!

The non-stop disconnects that started occuring the day everyone patched their servers to 1.4.....:|:

Well, our clan runs 2 servers and I cannot say that I have seen more than 1 server crash or connection problem since 1.4 was released. Typically it is a router/modem that is headed for the graveyard. However, you might just be having some really bad luck or are in need of a reinstall.

1.4 is pretty stable, I think the only patch needed would be to balance the j10, aside from that I'm liking 1.4

THey dont care about Bf2 anymore. Now they are focusing on making the next 5 patches for 2142.

If you are having so many problems, why don't you reinstall the game? Maybe try checking your modem/router? Update all drivers?

Reinstalled twice, router and modem are fine with every other game, you are generalizing.
