    Call for Prayer @ Jalalabad

Just thought id let the people who dont know that the sound that you hear at the mosque at Jalalabad is the actual call for prayer for muslims.

I think you need to have your sound setting on high?

I personally think it was a nice touch, and its probably the fist game iv heard it in.

If your playing mec, it could really inspire you :p

I recall hearing some kind of strange noise coming from that area, although I was watching TV at the time waiting for the game to start and recall hearing something vaguely but it wasn’t audible, very nice touch though.

I thought the religious wackos were back on the forum for a minute. That sound is strange, how do you know its a call for prayer? I can barely even tell its a persons voice.

Is this Ultra High, because I am not running the X-Fi sound card so I have not noticed it.

While being deployed to Turkey, I heard it every day, several times a day during prayer time. The loadspeakers are plentiful all over the base/local city. It actually gets quite annoying. Don't forget to face Meca.

Log onto a local server and test it.

You really don't want to go there We could start off with all the sects of Christianity ...

I think that you need a high definition sound card to hear all those things. Faint music playing at the Hotel (jala), cranes creaking, etc. Those are really nice touches.

Don't think so I'm running onboard AC'97 on medium and can hear it fine.
